Circle K in Hutchinson, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced retail team. You will support the Store Manager with daily store operations, staff scheduling, hiring, and merchandising to deliver outstanding customer service.

You’ll lead a team, develop talent, ensure accuracy in bookkeeping, and uphold safety standards while expanding your management career through comprehensive training and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations.
• Hire, supervise and work with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Execute Circle K's food program.
• Display a sense of urgency, patience and leadership.
