A well-known convenience store chain in Cordele seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and support the Store Manager. This role involves hiring, supervising staff, and ensuring high service standards. Ideal candidates will possess leadership skills and retail experience, along with a commitment to a fun, fast-paced work environment. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential. Competenze

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
