Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience, strong communication and planning skills, and the ability to manage cash, scheduling, and store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff
• Proven cash-handling and bookkeeping skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed (lift up to 30 lbs)
