Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure restaurant is welcoming and clean; maintain product quality and operations standards.
• Partner with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to improve orders; implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules; onboard new team members.
• Implement action plans for staff needs and operational assessments.
