Job summary

Circle K in Ashwaubenon, WI is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a fast-paced store, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will support the Store Manager and mentor team members in a collaborative environment.

You will recruit and supervise staff, handle bookkeeping and merchandising, and ensure high standards while maintaining on-site attendance. You will also execute our food program and demonstrate leadership and urgency in daily tasks.

Qualifications

Retail experience required.
Supervisory or management experience preferred.
Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills desired.
Experience handling food preferred.
High School/College Degree(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations.
Help with hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Execute Circle K food program to maintain quality and safety.
Lead by example with a sense of urgency, patience and leadership.
