Hungry Howie’s in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to run a busy restaurant with attention to detail and guest experience. You will assist the GM in operations, scheduling, inventory, and training to ensure quality, safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record of managing COGS and labor.
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
• Must be ServSafe certifiable.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant during scheduled shifts to meet quality, service and atmosphere goals.
• Train and lead shift leads and crew; monitor performance and give feedback.
• Assist in executing the restaurant's business plan and manage P&L implications.
• Ensure fan service standards, resolve customer concerns and speed up service.
• Develop scheduling, inventory control, and staff staffing to meet demand.
• Maintain health and safety standards and sanitation procedures.
• Support store marketing ideas and local promotional efforts.
