Job summary

Shoe Palace in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the sales floor and ensure top customer experiences. You will support the store manager, coach team members, and drive daily store performance.

This role requires 4 years in customer service with weekend availability and a dynamic, outgoing personality. You will learn product knowledge, maintain a neat store, and contribute to a fun, growth-oriented workplace at Shoe Palace.

Qualifications

• 4 years: Customer Service experience required.
• 1 year in Management preferred.
• 3 years: Cashier experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

It would be great but not completely necessary to have…

• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

Compensation:
