Job summary

Dunkin’ in Twinsburg, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and help lead our team. You will assist the General Manager and play a key role in training, performance coaching, and ensuring smooth shifts from opening to close.

You’ll contribute to local marketing efforts and drive sales while maintaining high standards of service and safety. This role requires at least six months of management experience and an ability to start as early as 4 am.

Qualifications

• Six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.
• Able to start work early, including a 4 am shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Support local store marketing to drive sales and profits.
