Job Description

Starting wage is $15-20/hr depending on experience. Domino’s Pizza in St Michael, United States is seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth of our restaurant.

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
• Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs
• Schedule and supervise staff to maintain optimal staffing levels
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Assist in training and developing new team members
