StorageMart is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin. You will support store operations, drive sales, and assist with customer accounts while maintaining our facilities and safety standards.

The role involves frequent customer interactions, light maintenance, and occasional travel between locations. A valid driver’s license, insurance and a vehicle are required; mileage is reimbursed.

• Support Store Operations with the Store Manager to grow the business and maximize sales.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service through phone, face-to-face, and email interactions.
• Maintain the facility by opening, operating, and closing the office, plus light maintenance and cleaning for safety and security.
• Manage customer accounts, assist with account setup, and oversee general administrative tasks including debt management.
• Travel between locations to support other stores while upholding standards across sites.

• SupportStore Operations:Collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance business growth and maximize sales.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:Engage with customers through phone, face-to-face, and email, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
• Maintain Our Facility:Open, operate, and close the office. Light maintenance and cleaning of the property to ensure it is clean, safe and secure for our customers and their belongings.
• Manage Accounts:Handle customer accounts, assist with account setup, and oversee general administrative tasks, including debt management.
• Travel Between Locations:Occasionally support other stores while maintaining our consistent standards across all sites.
