Atlantis Fresh Market is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations in a busy retail environment. You will motivate staff, greet customers, and contribute to a high level of service.

Responsibilities include operating the register, assisting with store preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe workplace to ensure customer satisfaction. The role is full-time, based in Danbury, CT, with opportunities for growth as the brand expands in the Northeast.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Ability to motivate and supervise a team.
• Strong communication skills with customers and staff.
