Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Franklin, TN to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and provide best-in-class customer service. You’ll open/close the store, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, and manage staffing, training, and payroll for the team.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, protect store assets, and fulfill Omni Channel orders while exemplifying our brand values and culture.

Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge.
