Job summary

Soma in Estero, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless customer experience. You will help hire, train, and coach associates, drive sales, and uphold our hospitality-focused culture.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. This position helps foster a welcoming environment—for both associates and customers—that enables us to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

• Assist in the hiring, development, and coaching of associates.

• Take ownership to ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management, daily replenishment of floor merchandise, and execution of inventories.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and business practices.
• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.

You'll bring to the role
