Destination Pet LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a canine care center team in Denver. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for pets and clients.

The role emphasizes leadership, communications, problem solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional pet-care services and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associate or BS/BA is a plus.
• Must be a passionate team player and a strong motivator.
• Minimum of 2 year management experience preferably in hospitality, service and/or retail environments.
• Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
• Ability to multi-task with strong time management skills.
• Excellent oral presentation, writing, and analytical skills.
• Veterinary, boarding and/or grooming experience is a plus.
