The Assistant Manager - Cafe is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the convenience store’s food and beverage department and managing, supervising, and training the department’s employees i n accordance with company expectations. The position is responsible for maximizing long term profitability by creating superior value for customers while consuming fewer resources and always acting with integrity.
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, non-exempt position which is eligible for overtime pay after 40 hours worked in a standard workweek.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
Must be able to move about in store and kitchen environments.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to XX pounds ; occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Frequent standing, walking, stooping, reaching, talking, handling, hearing and carrying.
