Job summary

Shoe Palace is seeking an Assistant Manager in California to lead the team on the sales floor, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and help the store perform at its best every day.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, maintain product knowledge, and keep the store clean and organized while supporting growth and a dynamic, fun work environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years: Customer Service experience
• 1 year: Management experience preferred
• 3 years: Cashier experience preferred
• OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Retail experience or related fields
• Dynamic and outgoing with leadership skills
• Driven and people-focused

• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills

• Must be driven!

• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome!

It would be great but not completely necessary to have…

• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

Compensation:

Assistant Manager pay range: $20.00 - $20.00 per hour.
