Slim Chickens Benton is seeking an Assistant Manager (Hourly/Shift Leader) to lead the team on shift, uphold hospitality standards, and foster a positive dining experience. You’ll be hands-on on the floor, training teammates and ensuring smooth daily operations.

This role offers growth into salaried management, with a focus on guest satisfaction, teamwork, and routine leadership duties in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
