Job summary

Hot Head Burritos in Hermitage, PA is seeking a dedicated team member to join as a shift leader in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role focuses on guiding a team, upholding safety standards, and supporting daily operations.

You will train new hires, conduct interviews, and help manage food costs and staffing. Prior Chipotle, Choolaah, DiBella's, Steak N Shake, Arby's, Panera Bread, or Dairy Queen experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Leadership experience during shifts is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines is beneficial.
