We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Assistant Managers at Alpaca Chicken. In this role, you will assist the General Manager in running successful shifts, ensuring customers have an exceptional experience, and supporting operational needs such as product ordering and scheduling. As a key leader on the team, you will help create a positive work environment by training new hires, keeping the team on task, and maintaining smooth daily operations.

The Assistant Manager role varies day to day. You may be responsible for any of the following duties on any certain day.

• Ensure the shift is adequately staffed
• Resolve issues with customers, approving of the use of coupons
• Be responsible for the closing of registers, labor and the store.
• Place product orders,weekly/monthly inventory, and assisting with schedule.
