Ann Taylor is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Monroe, OH location. You will support customer experience, lead a team on the sales floor, and help shape a positive store culture. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, coaching associates, and driving sales through effective use of technology and processes.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager on talent development, recruitment, and daily operations to ensure financial discipline and operational excellence across the store.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
