Job summary

Shoe Palace Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a store team and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will assist the manager, manage daily operations, coach staff, and maintain product knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in customer service or retail roles, leadership skills, and are driven to grow with a growing company. Weekend availability is required; athletic footwear experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ (legal working age).
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or related fields preferred.
• Experience selling athletic shoes is a plus.
