This role is APP Assistant Manager to support the Bass Center APPs. Mandatory experience in Oncology, Stem Cell Transplant or Hematology as an Advanced Practice Provider is needed in addition to the criteria below.

The Assistant Manager - Advanced Practice Provider (AMAPP) directly manages functional areas, supervises staff to ensure accountability, and performs administrative operations for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) (Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Certified Nurse Midwives) in specialty areas at Stanford Children's Health. Participates in leadership initiatives for the Center for Advanced Practice by integrating standards, priorities, and organizational objectives, and performance outcomes. Ensures direct reports comply with organizational, local, state, and federal requirements. Practices in clinical specialty and functions according to the Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife Job Descriptions.

Education: Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing or other healthcare-related field from an accredited university.
Experience: Three (3) years of work experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant.

Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Minimum to Midpoint Range (Hourly): $108.50 to $132.92
