Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to help train team members, uphold location standards, and drive sales. No prior experience is required, but a drive to succeed and strong teamwork are essential.

You must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation. Expect to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods as part of daily duties; PTO is provided on a biweekly basis as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous pizza and management experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
• Willingness to train and work to increase sales.

Responsibilities

• Train store staff and model proper procedures.
• Work to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain standards and follow location guidelines.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.
