Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Marlborough, MA to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will train and coach a team, manage schedules, and ensure quality and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Competitive benefits offered.

• Evaluates and implements cost controls
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes necessary adjustments
• Creates and monitors schedule and manages new team members on-boarding process
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments
