Job summary

Burger King is looking for energetic leaders to help grow our operations in Houston. You will mentor teams, uphold guest service excellence, and balance quality with profitability in a fast-paced setting.

As a franchise operation, you will train new hires, lead staff huddles, and drive continuous improvements in service delivery and food standards. This role offers growth from team member to supervisory positions with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
