Ayzv Pizza in McAllen, TX is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring friendly service and great food in a clean, inviting environment.

You will work with the District Manager and team to maintain standards, lead shifts, schedule staff, and develop management skills through on-the-job training. Weekend/holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required documents.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

The Restaurant Assistant Manager assists with ensuring that each visit by a customer result in a friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.
