Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring an Assistant Manager in Elkton, VA to help lead daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, high-quality service with great food in a clean, welcoming environment.

You will work closely with the General Manager and District Manager to uphold operational standards, train staff, and foster a team-focused culture while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. This role offers growth opportunities and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing - access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent - possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer service focused.
