You will lead a small team, work closely with the district manager, schedule staff, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering guest-focused service.

This role offers opportunities for training and internal advancement; evening and weekend shifts are required due to restaurant hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with private transportation access.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required documents per state/federal law.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain day-to-day financial controls


• Create and manage staff schedules


• Interview, hire, train and orientate team


• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations.


• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management


• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
