Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and guest experience at its Hondo location. You will work closely with the General Manager and team to ensure friendly, personalized service and prompt, quality food in a clean environment.

The role requires leadership of a fast-paced team, schedule management, and adherence to health and safety standards. Local travel not required; on-site role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service concepts.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver-s License in good standing - access to private transportation
• High School diploma or equivalent - possess all documents required by state and federal law
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer service focused
