Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Castroville, TX to help run daily operations and ensure friendly, fast service with great food. The role partners with the District Manager to maintain standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a clean, inviting environment.

We seek a self-motivated team leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting, with strong problem-solving and customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid driver's license in good standing - access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent - documents per state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations; maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
