Job summary

Burger King in Orland Park, IL is seeking a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations and develop a high-performing team. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure quality controls, and manage staff training and scheduling to meet performance goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced setting. Flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays are required.
