Dhanani Group Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor in Chicago to lead daily operations at a Burger King restaurant. You will guide a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing schedules, controlling costs, and driving performance to meet quality, service, and cleanliness targets. This full-time role requires supervisory experience and a passion for fast-paced hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with guests and team members and conflict resolution skills.
• Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders by prioritizing people and restaurant goals.
• Create memorable guest experiences with exceptional service.
• Balance employee and guest experiences with financial objectives.
• Onboard and train new team members for their roles.
• Lead team huddles and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Coach shift supervisors toward growth and readiness for advancement.
• Ensure cleanliness, product quality, and adherence to standards.
• Review schedules, sales, and inventory to meet QSC goals.
• Monitor cash handling, HACCP logs, and daily numbers.
• Address employee needs with action plans and operational checks.

• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs
• Reviews inventory efficiencies to create product orders
• Evaluates and implements cost controls
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes necessary adjustments
• Creates and monitors schedule and manages new team members on-boarding process
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments

HERE-S WHAT Education - Experience YOU WILL NEED

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent guest service skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
• Ability to keep employees motivates, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays
