Job summary

Jersey Mike's in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run our restaurant alongside the General Manager. You will supervise staff, monitor operations, and ensure guests have a great Jersey Mike's experience.

You will drive profitability by managing costs, maintaining safety standards, supporting hiring and development, and upholding our service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities to advance within our team.

We're looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager to help lead our restaurant team! As the Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for helping the General Manager in managing all aspects of our daily operations, from overseeing employees to maintaining inventory and supplies, to ensuring our guests are thrilled with their experience.

As part of the financial backbone of our business, you'll be responsible for maximizing profits while keeping costs low. You'll adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize expenses, ensuring that all financial and administrative duties are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
