Job summary

Burger King, a growing franchise, seeks a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor in Alice, TX. You will lead teams, train staff, and ensure top service and operations in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, cost controls, and maintaining QSC standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in line with Burger King standards.
• Motivate staff, resolve conflicts and make tough decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders by putting people and restaurant first.

• Create and manage schedules and onboarding for new hires.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs and assessments.
