Job summary

Burger King in our Texas franchise is seeking a hands-on leader to supervise and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting. You will balance guest satisfaction with financial goals while driving daily operations to meet quality standards.

• Review sales and scheduling to ensure QSC standards.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory for order accuracy and cost controls.
• Monitor staffing and adjust production planning as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules; manage on-boarding of new hires.
• Implement action plans addressing staff needs and operational assessments.
