Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. seeks an energetic restaurant leader for a Burger King location in Corpus Christi, TX. The role emphasizes developing leaders, delivering memorable guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality.

You will train and coach team members, lead team huddles, and collaborate with the general manager to drive guest metrics and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest service skills and the ability to communicate with guests and team members.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Experience supervising and developing teams to meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders by putting people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable guest experiences and maintain service excellence.
• Balance employee needs with financial goals and HACCP standards.
• Welcome and train new team members, and lead performance huddles.
• Coach team members and ensure ongoing training and development.
• Prepare shift supervisors for advancement and manage onboarding.
• Monitor speed of service and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain welcoming, clean restaurant environment and product quality.
• Collaborate with GM to improve guest metrics and action plans.
• Review schedules and numbers to meet QSC standards and inventories.
• Control costs and adjust production planning as needed.
• Address employee needs and conduct Operational Assessments.

• Evaluates and implements cost controls
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes necessary adjustments
• Creates and monitors schedule and manages new team members on-boarding process
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments

HERE-S WHAT Education - Experience YOU WILL NEED

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent guest service skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
• Ability to keep employees motivates, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays
