Domino's is seeking an Assistant Manager in Macon, GA to oversee shift operations at a Domino’s store. You will supervise a team of 3–15 employees, ensure cost and inventory controls, manage cash, and maintain customer relations while delivering high-quality pizza and service.

The role requires a positive leader who can motivate staff, maintain a clean store, and uphold grooming standards. You will handle customer orders, deliveries, and daily store duties during your shift.

What are we looking for?

Experience leading a team…during your shift, you will have to manage a staff 3 to 15 people. You will need a positive attitude and be a great motivator to be successful.
A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is a safe, responsible driver. You will also need access to a reliable vehicle that is insured.
