You were born to be the boss. Your natural leadership will be further cultivated at Domino’s Pizza. As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, ensuring that everyone, including yourself and your boss, works efficiently and adheres to company standards.

Job Requirements and Duties

• Manage all shift activities, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Enforce policies and procedures 100% of the time and set a positive example for the crew.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store image, customer service, attendance, and transportation.
• Maintain store cleanliness, market the store, and drive profitability.

Advancement

Start as an Assistant Manager and progress to General Manager or Franchisee. Opportunities also include Manager Corporate Operations or other leadership roles.

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.
