Responsibilities

General duties include operating all equipment; stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk‑in cooler; preparing products; receiving and processing telephone and internet orders; counting inventory and completing paperwork; cleaning equipment and facility. On‑the‑job training covers customer service orientation, interactive computer program, and hands‑on practice.

Important skills:

• Pizza delivery – safely drive own vehicle, navigate roads/maps and challenging terrain or stairs while carrying products.
• Basic math – add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to make correct monetary change (calculator may be used).

Additional responsibilities include:

• Cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Staffing, paperwork, and scheduling.
