RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Ensure compliance with all policy and procedures, and set a positive example for the crew.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, marketing, and maintain store cleanliness and a great image.
• Drive profitability and adhere to standards, manage attendance and punctuality, and support marketing initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES

• Operating all equipment and handling ingredients from delivery to storage and work area.
• Preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders.
• Taking inventory, completing paperwork, and maintaining daily cleanliness of equipment and facility.
• Providing orientation and on‑the‑job training.
• Communicating written and verbal instructions to customers and co‑workers.
• Performing math calculations quickly and correctly, making accurate monetary change, and entering orders using computer or touch screen.
• Applying motor coordination and hand skills for precise movements during pizza assembly, handling of pizza peel, rolling cutter, and cardboard box assembly.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking orders.
• Motor coordination and hand‑eye coordination for fast, precise tasks.
• Knowledge of payroll, inventory, and safety procedures.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing are required. Duties include lifting up to 50 pounds, moving trays weighing up to 12 pounds, pushing trays on dollies, and climbing stairs or ladders. Forward bending, reaching, and repetitive hand tasks are expected for the duration of a shift.

DRIVING REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Navigate maps, locate addresses within the delivery area, and operate in adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and private homes.
• Deliver product, flyers, and door hangers to customers.

WORK CONDITIONS

• Exposure to adverse weather conditions while delivering product.
• In-store temperatures range from 36°F to over 90°F.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
• Operating in cramped spaces, including walk‑in coolers.
• Use of hot equipment and handling sharp edges or moving mechanical parts.
