Responsibilities

• Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.
• Maintain compliance with all policy and procedures.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store appearance, standards, customer service, attendance, transportation, cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery to storage.
• Prepare product and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers.
• Process orders accurately on phone or in person.
• Make correct monetary change and use a phone or computer to enter orders.
