Overview

Locally owned and operated. The role is for an Assistant Manager who will oversee daily operations, maintain high standards, and lead a team. Leadership, communication, and basic math skills are required.

Job Responsibilities

• Set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Ensure customer relations and great customer service.
• Handle staffing, paperwork and schedule creation; maintain attendance and punctuality standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, marketing activities, and profitability.
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, and process orders.
• Perform inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities daily.
• Provide training and orientation to new team members.
• Deliver products, flyers, and door hangers as required.

Essential Functions & Skills

• Accurate math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills for order taking.
• Keyboard or touch‑screen proficiency.
• Navigation and map reading within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain while carrying product.

Physical Requirements

• Carrying cans, sauce, and trays up to 12 pounds.
