Domino’s Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Byron area. This role leads the store shift, overseeing 3–15 staff, ensures smooth operations, and maintains customer relations while delivering pizzas with care and accuracy.

You will manage cost, inventory, and cash controls, and uphold Domino’s grooming and appearance standards, aiming for excellent service and safety on every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during a shift, manage 3 to 15 employees.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Be punctual, positive attitude, and a strong role model for customers and teammates.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
