You were born to be the boss. Domino's Pizza is hiring assistants managers who can lead by example, ensure tasks are completed, and maintain high standards. You will work to ensure the team delivers quality service and operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards.
• Deliver great customer service; ensure attendance and punctuality; maintain transportation to and from work; ensure store cleanliness.
• Support marketing efforts and contribute to profitability.

Qualifications

• General job duties for all store team members: operate all equipment; stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; clean equipment and facility daily.
• Training: orientation and on-the-job training provided.
• Communication Skills: ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders (phone and in person).
• Essential Functions/Skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (calculator acceptable); must be able to make correct monetary change; verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; motor coordination to perform precise movements; ability to enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Shift running experience preferred.
