Job summary

Domino’s in Reading, PA area is seeking team members to operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, and process orders. You will handle phone orders, manage inventory, and keep the facility clean daily.

This role includes delivering pizzas by car to customers and assisting with local flyer delivery. Strong verbal communication, basic math, and map/navigation skills are required to effectively take orders, calculate changes, and reach customers at their doors.

Qualifications

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly; may use a calculator.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change and handle cash or card transactions.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/ process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.
• Deliver product by car and to the customer’s door; deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate maps/read addresses within the delivery area and work in multi-story buildings and various sites.

Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Deliver product by car and then to door of customer. Deliver flyers and door hangers. Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area. Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
