Job summary

Yellow Hammer Pizza of MD, LLC TA Domino’s Pizza is seeking an Assistant General Manager to serve as manager-on-duty, second in command to the General Manager, and to help lead daily operations in a fast-paced store.

You will collaborate on hiring, training, and scheduling; uphold brand standards; drive sales and profitability while ensuring food safety and customer satisfaction. This role offers growth within the Domino’s network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess an exceptional and positive attitude, integrity and honesty.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration, and liability insurance.
• Experience in inventory control, labor costs, and computer knowledge.
• Ability to train and engage Team Members.
• Ability to manage Team Member schedules effectively.
• Proficient with basic arithmetic and calculator use.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
