Duties & Responsibilities

Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, cash, and customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts.
• Oversee all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment.
• Prepare products accurately and consistently, following portion sizes and recipes.
• Deliver products by vehicle safely and courteously.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness throughout the day.
• Appear professionally at all times per Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 3–30 people with a motivating attitude.
• Clean driving record and able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check, with access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• High standards of professionalism, punctuality, customer service, and dress.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as shifts are 365 days a week.
• Minimum age 18 years.
