MBR Management, a Domino's Pizza franchise, seeks an Assistant Manager for our store at 3108 S Kingshighway, St. Louis. You will support the store manager, lead a team, ensure great customer service, manage inventory and schedules, and help drive sales.

You will develop staffing, train employees, and uphold company standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Flexible hours and competitive compensation accompany this role.

Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at our 3108 S Kingshighway location in St. Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targets
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
• Create and adjust employee schedules to optimize staffing levels
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement
• Handle cash management and daily financial reporting

Qualifications
