Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts effectively to ensure consistent service delivery
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high morale
- Handle cash management and financial transactions with accuracy and transparency
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation are maintained at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Train and develop new team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth
- Manage inventory levels, analyze stock data, and place orders as needed to optimize operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment that reflects our brand standards
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives
- Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement to drive efficiency and profitability
- Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and productive work atmosphere where all team members feel valued
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanor
- Excellent money management abilities and proficiency with basic mathematical calculations
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail in all tasks
- Solid knowledge of food safety regulations, practices, and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
- Experience with inventory management and order placement
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop team members
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
