Saucy! by KFC in Winter Park, FL is seeking an experienced Saucy! Experience Manager (Assistant Manager) to lead daily operations, coach teams, and elevate guest moments.

You’ll hire top talent, train and develop crew, manage labor and inventory, and ensure food safety and brand standards. Own the guest journey, resolve issues on the floor, and collaborate with the Saucy! Experience Director to drive performance and guest delight.

• 2+ years in restaurant or retail management.

• Strong skills in P&L, labor, and inventory management.
